These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the site havqorix.com (the "Site"), operated by Havqorix S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71823456-9, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 880, 12th floor, Suite B, CABA, Argentina. By using the Site, you expressly accept these terms.
1. Purpose
The Site aims to present information about Havqorix and to allow you to register to receive news about upcoming real estate crowdlending projects in Argentina. The Site does not, by itself, constitute an offer of investment.
2. Regulatory framework
Havqorix S.A.S. operates as a Crowdfunding Platform registered with the Argentine Securities Commission (CNV) under General Resolution No. 717/2017, PFC Registry No. 027. Any future investment made through the platform will be subject to the specific CNV regime.
3. Eligibility and acceptance
Use of the Site is restricted to persons over 18 years of age with full legal capacity under the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code (Law 26,994). Registration on the future platform will require additional identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering processes (applicable UIF Resolutions).
4. Intellectual property
All Site content (text, images, brands, logos, code) is the property of Havqorix S.A.S. or is duly licensed. Total or partial reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability
Site content is offered for informational purposes. Past returns do not guarantee future results and every real estate investment carries risks. Havqorix does not guarantee uninterrupted Site availability and will not be liable for indirect damages resulting from its use.
6. Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with Law 25,326 and related regulations.
7. Modifications
Havqorix may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the corresponding update date and will take effect upon publication.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other venue or jurisdiction.
