We process your data to send you information about real estate project launches, platform news, improve site experience and comply with Argentine legal, accounting and tax obligations (including requirements from CNV, UIF and AFIP).

The legal basis for processing is your explicit consent, granted by submitting the form or accepting the cookie banner, as well as compliance with legal obligations and the legitimate interest in fraud prevention.

7. International transfers
Some service providers (hosting, analytics, email) may be located outside Argentina. In all cases we require adequate protection levels in accordance with AAIP Provisions 60-E/2016 and 18/2015.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures, including TLS 1.3 encryption, role-based access control and periodic audits, to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
